An incredibly useful system, so incredibly grateful that it exists (although it's unnecessary to round up to the nearest minute! This means if I leave a 2 minute 1 second voicemail, I get charged for 3 minutes)

I highly recommend this app. It's a lifeline to offering support when people need it the most. It has to be authorised by the prison before it can be set up, so be patient. It's worth the wait. Really simple to use as well. Just like using voice tags in WhatsApp. You can also chat live The PVM staff were very helpful. Thank you.

pretty decent. but doesn't function as a phone app would. strange quirks and sometimes calls don't come through from prison.
