Ratings and reviews

It works not good. It looks nice for part of the screens. The ui isn't consistent as it seems like a gradual release which causes confusion for the user. I don't know why many times product teams decide to make nice ui, but the product doesn't work well. I kept trying to get a doctor asap and it crashed each time. thankfully Whatsapp support was nice and doctor I found was nice as well. It is not that difficult to build things well (I'm an engineer and engineering manager). Please do better.

Trying to use the app, it opens up and shows my policy and then turns gray - blank with no ability to do anything and no answer on chat/ phone/ online though shows24/7

Terrible. No capability to communicate in writing no capability of printing a critical document
