ONLINEdoc is a platform for easy, safe and cheap time registration
In addition, ONLINEDOC is the clinic's secure intranet, where important files/documents can be saved and shared in closed groups with the selected profiles (possibly different staff groups) you want.
In the app, one or more groups are created with a few clicks, to which relevant users can be invited, so that files can be shared and communication can take place locally.
This means that everyone always has access via the app to the important documents (e.g. meeting minutes, APVs, protocols, etc.) that are relevant to the individual employees.
The ONLINEdoc app is fully integrated with ONLINE.dk, which includes, among other things:
- Information board. A slideshow system for your clinic, shop or fashion room.
- Calling board. A call system for the waiting room and counter.
- Contact book. Own contact book for your most used or most important contacts.
The app and web are synchronized in real time, so registration and uploads are always up to date.
