Recupe app is intended to help patients follow the care plan provided by their care provider during an episode of care, such as a surgical episode. Recupe records data from a person's activity, symptoms, and the medications they take during their preparation for and recovery after an acute medical condition. The data is visible to their care team for suitable action.

Absolutely fantastic - so much better than hitting a strip mall "PT" provider/farm where they are merely running you through a pre-defined routine anyway. The videos provide instruction sufficient for most people. Plus you get to constantly monitor your progress. This is the future of physical therapy.

Have had problems with the sensor from the beginning...sometimes it doesn't work. Now it isn't working at all. I have been doing the exercises eventhough it is not recording.

I like being able to do therapy at home,due to the threat of covid although In my personal perspective we as paitients need to have another option to explain what and why their feeling uncomfort or pain to let our doctors know.Not just the number game ,at the beginning.
