Ratings and reviews

This software is the worst I've ever come across. Nothing seems to work properly, I can't update anything. One example is my birthdate...it's listed as 12-8-2024...it should be 12-8-1949. I can't correct it. My points for purchases are not being updated, and I can't begin to edit my personal information at all. Dunn Brothers Coffee is excellent, but this software should be put through the grinder.

The rewards are now worse. It's still $1 = 1 point, but used to be 30 points/dollars gave you a $2 reward. Now it is 170 point/dollars to earn a beverage up to $8. Old app 120 points, 8 dollars. New app, 170 points and not even 8 dollars. Just a free drink up to $8 dollars. 170 points for a free $3 coffee. In order to get the app setup It required my location. Not happening and not necessary. Thank you Dunn Bros for treating/taking care of your loyal customers!

Love the idea of new rewards but terrible new app transition. Two of my nearest locations that were listed as transitioning to the new app and rewards aren't on it (yet). Payment platform is not user friendly. Ordered from the app but never showed as order was completed/picked up so rewards aren't showing yet. I know it's new but they gotta get it figured out soon.
