DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app! First, to even try the app, you need to sign up for a trial. It will not allow you to test a few documents to see if it works - spoiler alert - it's terrible. The trial auto-purchases after x days and then you've paid for 12 months. Customer Servive will not cancel your account. The product does everything to trick you into paying a yearly fee. Highly recommend trying as many competing products over this one.

I was big fan, referred many friends and family, but then, I got very disappointed in PopAI customer service, their portal for subscription is misleading, while I was planning on lowering my package they ended up charging my card a lot more extra fees and eventhough I did reach out to them they asked me to cancel my subscription but then they refused to refund my unused month of fees taken out of my card, they simply said it is our policy and acted unprofessional

The application is rather bothersome, as I can't edit the presentation to meet my needs after purchasing it.
