just updated the app to scan a Pop at the store, now my username/password no longer works, and when I try to recover that information (to make sure I'm using tge right info), my email address is no longer valid. I keep getting the message (Oops, we've hit a snag... please retry." There's NO WAY I'm creating a new account and rescanning/looking up my ENTIRE collection again. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I'm deleting the app. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Some how every update makes this app worse. when I first started using it a year ago I didnt understand the hate. now I do. freezes, logs me out randomly, doesn't load, removed the ability to filter your own collection by license, prices for pops might as well be pulled from a hat, searching for a pop by name and number shows it along with numerous other pops that arent related at all, etc. Billion dollar company with an app coded by 3 legged cats.

App has been giving me issues for years, but they cannot seem to get the bugs worked out. There was a login issue on their said that took several months for them to figure out, and over the course of that issue they removed my entire scanned collection. I scan my collection elsewhere now. Plus all the other bugs like removing your wishlist is so annoying.
