• Micro Pension (Withdrawals)
• Registration (Micro Pension & RSA PIN)
• Self-Service (Benefit Status, Enrollment Certificate & Account Statements)
• Access to User Profiles
• Initiate update requests of non-sensitive personal and employer details
• Fund Prices
• Account Information (Balances & Transaction details)
• Enquiries (Pension Calculators, Fund Rates, Referral & Rewards)
• Receive In-App messages on new features, quick tips, and promotional offers.

For registration, you will be redirected to the Web Portal to provide the required details for the enrolment. In addition, for Micro Pension contributions, you will be redirected to a payment gateway to complete the transaction. Users with multiple profiles can also switch roles.

To get started:
• Visit your App store, search for ‘Premium Pension Mobile App’ and click the download/install button.
• Launch the App and Register on the Mobile App.
• For “Member User Type” an activation link will be sent to your registered Email on the CBA. If you do not receive this link, call CSU on 09 4615700-4 for the verification link. Please note that this is a one-time process required only when using the App for the first time.
• Input your User Name and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password.

Ratings and reviews

This app was good one except for the fact that it did not support zoom in or zoom out of statement, but this current updated version is the worse as I can no longer access my dashboard, it keeps on loading till infinity. The engineering team should find solution to the bug to avoid getting poor review. thanks

This recent update made it so terrible to log in. l tried several times using the same username and password of the old version but so disappointed. I keep telling me that Error: invalid login. This is very disappointed. Please do something to fix it.

The latest app is not only awful but unfriendly. I have not been able to properly navigate the app since your so-called upgrade. The email attached is wrong, and I have not been able to effect any correction.
