Ratings and reviews

It's no point to re-login your account every single time if you get the app installed. If I still need to enter my account name and password everytime, I would rather use the Web version. Also, the app contains many stupid icons that take up your loading time, in other words, it's slow. Not user friendly at all.

Recently, the app doesn't function well. 1. On login page, unable to scroll down the page to input information. 2. No response when clicking on merchant for making payment. 3. Then have to uninstall and reinstall again. 4. After reinstalled, keep asking to setup nickname again. The performance is unstable recently.

20th century UI with crazily user-unfriendly and counterintuitive setups, plus lots of offline work required at their physical terminals. Assigns you an account number but requires you to manually type in login credentials each time without remembering even the account number. I wonder why most Hong Kong apps are so outdated in both setup and functions. From PPS to OpenRice to McDonald's HK version. Just fire the developers, outsource to Alibaba and you get a way better app for like $3000.
