UPDATE # I got a new phone a few weeks ago and downloaded this app on it. I had about 3700 points on this app on the other phone. When I downloaded this app on my new phone with the same email and password, I lost all my points, NOT HAPPY ! I uninstalled this app then reinstalled it, still you all would not give me back all the points. Now I will not play your games and send you all any emails. Apparently I'm not the only 1 this is happening to. I WILL NOT WAIST ANY MORE TIME ON YOUR F - IN APP

It doesn't allow me to enter survey and directly displays "Thank you for completing survey. We will inform you about this after review and points will be added into account." But neither of them happened and there is no way to contact customer care for it. Please help for resolving this issue as i like this app and want to use and refer to my friends.

I have already answered a few surveys and I don't get my reward. Sometimes I only get 5 points for trying even though I completed the survey and it was suppose to be more than 200 points. You can't answer the surveys in their app so it redirects you to a page and maybe that's the problem. You are going to to waste your time. Try other apps. I don't even know if it really lets you cash out.
