App is good for ordering. However, when it comes to the rewards, redeeming them is not possible via the app. Theres no option when ordering, or going through the payment options. When queried with staff, they insist it's done through the app, untill you go through the process on the app with them, so they can see for themselves the option to use the reward isn't there. At that point a manager had to give the ok for the discount reward to be applied. Please fix the app to allow reward redemption!

First time using. Only gave option of 9pm delivery to the table. Waited 10 minutes then told staff who mentioned it hadn't gone through to their system. In short the app doesn't work. Absolute rubbish. He sure it will take your money though! Also the opening times for the place are 21.00 to 21.00 in the evening. Do you even test your app? As a separate note, the staff were absolutely brilliant.

Piece of junk. I literally download it in a Denny's and it kept putting me on my profile as Canadian and would not keep the change when I changed it for to my proper location. It keeps asking if I want to schedule a pickup, or place in order but for tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. so I tried to delete the app and my information in my account and it saying something went wrong try again later it wouldn't even let me sign out or delete the app. Beware
