About this app

It is the first validated tool created by Gilead, which aims to encourage better communication about the general well-being and concerns of people living with HIV during a medical visit. It is an easy-to-use application that condenses information from 5 validated questionnaires in just 10 minutes. The application provides a final report that allows the HIV-positive clinician to easily recognize potential issues to address with each PLHIV. The questionnaire includes five main domains: general health, emotional well-being, quality of life, non-HIV-related medication and current HIV treatment.
How does it work?
Step 1: Complete the questionnaire before your next HIV appointment.
Step 2: Send the results to your HIV specialist after completing the questionnaire.
Step 3: Discuss the results with your HIV doctor during your next HIV appointment.
