This app has so many problems so often, if I could rate lower I would. Yesterday multiple members of crew could not even open app let alone punch in for work. App remained nonfunctional all day. Reinstalling did not help. Today I see an update and... still broken. This will be day 2 of: App won't open, can't see call time, can't punch in/out, can't check schedule.

Horrible app. There's been nothing but problems with it since the company started making us use it. Latest is the Travel doesn't work properly, and now you can't sign in or out even if you're standing in the middle of a location you're assigned to. If you can sign in, sometimes you can't sign out or vice versa. Now it's crashing every time you try to answer the screening questions for Covid.
