I am reporting an issue which is the same as that by 'JinX318 Jaw' on 12/Dec/2020. I rented "Yasmine" on 18/Dec/2020 & was charged, but I can't watch the rental as the app failed to register my purchase. I reported this problem to the app support team to either be able to watch the rental or to get a refund. Initially, they promptly replied they will troubleshoot. More than 3 weeks later, still no news, so I asked for follow up on 12/Jan/2021. I still haven't got a reply as of today.

its fun but not intuitive enough. it can even be minimised. stops when the screen is out and needs to be restarted over2 again. quite a hassle. please fix this pronto. otherwise its a good concept.

After updating cannot login. Have tried possible password and reinstall, but it says "please check your credentials and try again". It has reset password button at the bottom, however.. Its useless.. Nothing came out whn i tried to reset it. Lousy apps
