Very disappointed. The product is excellent, but the customer service is terrible. Our entire family got banned without any option to activate our account just because we forgot to pay a bill.

Stimată doamnă, vă repetați. Recomandat este sa achitați o factură sau sa anulați un abonament. Dar dumneavoastră ați ignorat

Wanted to test the 24 hour trial, it got cancelled. Wanted to test the app for 1 hour, it got cancelled. Will not try to purchase anything, it'll get cancelled. On the website, can't even edit/add my account data. This must be a joke.
