I just received a call from the customer care centre for converting my account as a paid one. In this app there are many PYQ's , I asked while taking exams is it possible to save the questions which I marked wrongly. They dont have any option for that. But she was interepting in my question and not allowing me to talk. I was very disapointed with that approach. I fear even before paymemt, their approach is not so good, then how they will give a proper customer support after the payment ?

Video classes are of top quality and syllabus oriented. But there are some improvements neede in the app: 1. Option to save videos for offline use needs to be given. If there is no internet or poor connection, we are unable to watch the videos. 2. For tests, the answers should have explanation. Atleast for maths. 3. The video player user interface needs to be improved, the control buttons are too small.

A cheap and useful app with so many good things such as video classes, current affairs and daily quiz. It would be better if you are prividing pdf notes too. While i was studying the degree prelims syllabus, some of the topics are not included in the app. The live classes are very useful but it gets deleted from youtube and is not uploaded in the app on time. The uploaded videos doesn't have a proper name. It would be better if you are adding the date and topic of class while uploading the app.
