It requires optional permission to access your CAMERA when it needs the uploading profile picture, scanning the QR Code in Merchant Payment and Cash by QR of Card Management.

Good app, no doubt. But needs some fix for better experience. When we try to view account statement of a fiscal year, we select date from 1 July of Previous Year to 30 June of Current Year, it shows error & says 'from' date can't be older than 6 months! That means, it only can show statement of previous 6 months, which needs to be extended upto 18 months! This will be fair enough for a person to obtain account statement for filing income tax return even on the last date of 30 November.

Unable to sign up. I didn’t use any Gmail while creating my Pubali Bank account. I used a personal Gmail, which is verified by OTP. Right now, it says this email is not listed, and I have to go to the branch again. Stupid app development and services. Is there any way to fix this issue via phone call or live chat? I am unable to go to the branch.

One of the worst Banking apps ever I experienced. I have used over 5 different Bank apps in Bangladesh but this one is worst! Eventually, I can't login after 10 times tried. I had to open an account in Pubali Bank for an emergency purposes; however, it is making hell my life!
