i have 2.5 eth in my account but when i try to withdraw it to my binance account or another account the transaction always fails

I have been using Fx wallet since last year. Overall, it was a great experience. I hold some Fx tokens too in this wallet. I was facing a bug in notifications in the earlier version. Transactions are always shown as pending, even if it is actually successful. Now the bug is resolved. I'm really happy about it.
