Changed my rating. (8/23) I was a customer for over a decade and have now closed my account mainly due to the fact of your forcing password changes so often with ridiculous requirements (capital, lower, special, number, can't be one of last 5 used). I've been locked many times due to this. I want a bank and app that is EASY to use and this IS NOT IT ANYMORE

I have used this app for several years and really like it. I have a suggestion about the recent update. The chat button needs to be relocated. It sits right on top of the menu. While it can be moved it has to be moved EVERY time I get in the app.

I have to continually uninstall and reinstall the app to be able to log in. Constantly says Newtwork connectivity issues and won't load the app. Please fix this issue. I see many reviews stating the same thing. When it does load it works properly... when it loads... which seems to be hardly ever anymore
