Ratings and reviews

Very clunky and difficult to use. Please please please, at a minimum, apply some kind of sorting to the announcements page. A simple "date sort" would be a huge improvement, or even "unread at the top" would be good, but it's currently sorted random and unfiltered so there is hundreds of announcements going back years and no way to find the most recent.

Disappointed. Not the first time experiencing such situation. Always display error. Once when I am already at the final stage of payment and the system says 'Time Slot not available. Please chose another time slot'. Another few times were when I have selected the available time slot, the page will just freeze and disallow to click 'Book'. Same error msg will appear again!

App becomes not user-friendly after upgrade ☹. Why do you make users click on the "downwards arrow" everytime to expand the calendar when attempting to click on dates to check facilities availability for booking? It is so difficult to check for information now. There are plenty of space actually, so simply no need to collapse the calendar at all. Can just display a full view of the month calendar instead, for easy access.
