About this app

Khanar Bachan is basically a rhyme based on agriculture. Written between the 8th and 12th centuries. According to many, these rhymes are composed by a brilliant Bengali woman named Khana who specializes in astronomy. However, there are differences. The words of innumerable mines have been associated with the life of the people of rural Bengal for ages. It is rumored that Khanar's residence was in Deulia village (now Chandraketugarh archeological site, now known as Khanamihir's mound) in Barasat Sadar subdivision of North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. He is even said to have been the tenth member of the Navaratna assembly of King Vikramaditya. Legend has it that Mihir, the son of Brahmihir or Barruchi, was her husband. These essays are divided into four sections. কৃষ nAccording to agricultural practices and superstitions. কৃষ nAgriculture Applied and Astronomy.
