How to Access the KeyMobile App

New Users:

• Enter your BVN, account number, and select a verification option.
• Provide the last six digits of your card.
• Enter the SMS OTP sent to your phone.
• Create a preferred username and password.

Existing Users:
If you are already a registered user, you can access the KeyMobile app using the following methods:
• Log in with your username.
• Enter your existing password to complete transactions, OR

I'm giving you 4 stars because of two things. 1. I can't find Opay digital service so I need to do double transfer for every Opay account. 2. Why can't your app work as that of Kuda MFB. They track payment to recipient account, inform if it's successful or not. And if it's not your funds are reversed within seconds. Ask them how they do it.

The app is good and has been working well but my major problem and concern is that I can't make transfers from my keystone account to an Opay account or any fintech account and nothing has been done about this. We're in modern age, try to keep up with trends and employ them to your job for maximum usage by customers. Many people nowadays use Opay apps so how do I send money to a loved one from my Keystone account to their Opay account? Work on this urgently please.

Been using this bank since it was bankPHB and I should advise aginst using that banking service if you are traveling out of the country. It took them 4 months to resolve my change of phone number even after signing an indemnity form, speaking with a representative via video call etc. Even after changingy phone number I am yet to access my profile which I am currently battling with. If I could rate this app zero, I would have done so
