Great app, easy to complete transactions, but had a failed transaction where I transferred money from the e-card, debited from me but never paid to the recipient, and hasn't been refunded since January 20th. I contacted the operators through email and got a reply that I should rest assured that it will be refunded, but 2 months now, and I'm yet to get my refund. The challenge here is dealing with unseen people, unlike a physical bank app, where one can easily go to the bank and sort out.

I love the Quickteller app. ❤️ Especially the fact that I can recharge any amount, as low as I need and as high as I may need too. Also, the ecash option, that serves as a virtual card. So I don't need a physical card to make transactions on POS, ATMs, etc and transactions between ecash wallets are free too. It's the whole package. Another thing is I can see my account balance on the Quickteller app!!! Can you believe that?! 😍

If there was zero star I could have rated it. This is one of the worse financial institution with 3e poor methods of handling issue. If there is an error in transaction, it takes forever to rectify it, even after several calls and emails. It also takes them forever to refund money they acknowledge they received. With their nonsensical zero customer care approach. Don't make the mistake of using it, if your payment enters error.. sorry is your name. Your time, call card and emails are waste.
