Ratings and reviews

The app is all right and easy to navigate although it has some bugs to work on. Like I used it to pay for a service, it debited me but on the receipt it read as ongoing so later I went to get the details of said transaction and the whole screen just went blank. It did this every single time I closed and reopened the app. And it also didn't send any email of confirmation so I basically could not get a refund because of this bug. Just one of the things that needs working on.

Doesn't keep you logged in even after selecting the "Remember login" or "Remember me" on the app or web respectively. Keeps refreshing once you open another app. Usually pends transactions and takes a lot of time to tag them as failed or successful

This app is difficult to use: hangs badly. The "select a bank" section is very unsteady: you select your bank and it defaults to the first bank on the drop-down. Also, it apparently requires extremely strong Internet to work.
