If you unsubscribe from your plan but have a large amount of hours, you will lose the hours if you decide to unsubscribe. Ridiculous policy. But besides that it really is a very useful app. Edit: after speaking with the team in charge, I was able to have my hours last for another year. The team responds very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app

Masha Allah this app is awesome. And my student is also very satisfied with this app. But sometimes there is a technical glitch in the app which makes it very difficult. Now the problem in my app is that it is not reloading, neither I can message anyone, nor old messages are showing.
