The app itself is fine, however when you go to withdraw winnings over £50, you will only be sent part of your withdrawal. It will remain pending indefinitely, will not refund you, and the only method of contacting 888 is through a virtual assistant that will only tell you their policy on wait times. Still waiting on the other £40 of my £62 withdrawal, others have had similar problems. There are other more reliable apps out there who won't scam you

NO NO NO.. When you join on the very first day, all games are lucky, good wins everywhere, in any spin lots winnings. You only cash out, and all games without any winnings are like locked. If you get a free spin, you win 60p. Scammers. Better apps can be found. How many I've played, this is the worst. Often in the middle of the game, when for example you collect some bonuses, an ERROR appears on the screen and you are kicked out, you need to start collecting points again. Idiots! No answers!

It's a joke, 2 years ago I've created account but not played for a long time probably due not being good winnings. As this was long time ago and I didn't remember that I already have account with them I have created a new account and deposited money. 5min later my deposit was successful the account has been blocked and now I am not able to log in to withdraw my money. When I contacted the customer service they want me to upload a lot of documents and bank information to be able to get my money.
