This is a podcast reader application, it meets the need that metadata is not generally inserted in the mp3 files that we retrieve and that we insert via the USB cable and that I do not have a Spotify or Amazon account.

To manage your podcasts there is an Android application, it also allows you to read podcasts :)

Not wanting to charge the application you have to launch a server.
