Excellent cctv system, easy to set up, it's a stand alone system with its own hard drive and has no monthly/annual charges. Linked to your own WiFi it can viewed anywhere and you can copy a recording to sent anywhere. Price is higher than base cheaper systems but worth it. Customer support was very friendly and knowledgeable. Suggestion for the future - add a door bell camera where images can be stored on the same system hard drive.

Three different app formats available to review live and playback. Basic feed direct from recorder to monitor, app for a PC, and app for a mobile device. They all look/work differently. The mobile app's 'help' tips and displays need updating with the current app. Much of functionality and menu selections are not inate and combined with simplistic 'help' function results in finger fumbling. 10/10 for getting a mobile app to work away from site, but let down by over-complicated functionality.

Very easy to set up the cameras and the picture quality is fantastic. Having a couple of small issues with remote connection to the recorder to make adjustments but am sure it can be sorted. The customer service from Bascom is amazing, super fast responses and have been able to help in making changes whilst I am still getting used to the controls. Highly recommend this product.
