Wasted time & bandwidth! I need to deposit bi-weekly checks until direct deposit starts. It was difficult to find, because so many have "my" "credit" and "union" in the name. Now it says I can only deposit $500 per day, and both of my checks are more. Account detail has gaps, missing transactions, and when I called, the girl told me I don't understand computers, but I have a computer science degree. Unable to transfer credit card payments because of a flaw in the app. Looking for a new bank!

I just opened an account and wanted to set up my app. First, it makes you enter your birthday by using the calendar. It's 2019. It really shouldn't be that hard. It makes you choose FIVE security questions! I get through all of that, all I have left to do is the final submit button. My app freezes; had to close it all the way out. Not knowing if it finished registering, I try to log in. I tried the temporary password and updated one. Neither worked. Now I'm locked out! I hate it already.

App keeps bombing on me.. it takes about an hour for me to log in every single time. So bad, I'm at the point where I get mad and have to reset phone uninstall app reset my service and everything and still does nothing.. my phone is pretty new and wasn't cheap. Not sure if anyone else has this problem??
