MyCam View allows you to view your 7 Inch or 9 Inch wireless video monitor from anywhere in the world on your Android™ smartphone or tablet.
The app allows you to:
• View live video from all connected cameras.
• Change the channel displayed in live viewing.
• Save snapshots directly to your mobile device.
• Enable two-way audio with any of the connected cameras.
• Search and playback motion events saved to the system’s memory card.
Notes:
• Android v7.0 and higher.
• A minimum upload speed of 512kbps is required. 1mbps or higher is recommended for best video performance.
• Selectable single-channel viewing only.

This app does not deserve even one star. From the moment I got this app 3+ years ago, I have had problems accessing any video live or recorded. Either it would skip, stop playing or says there is nothing found. Now it is telling me to add the device with a password. When I set the device up, there was never a password created. I am finally getting rid of the device and the app, and getting a much better system.

When you add the device to your App, you do need to input default password (000000), and then you need to set your own password. Pls send email to sales@rdichina.com for better communication.

I'm so frustrated with this app! I don't know if it's the cameras I or the app itself. I get notifications of events but when I go to view them it always says there's nothing, which I KNOW isn't true! I can see the recordings on my monitor at home. but that doesn't help me when I'm not at home and I'm getting all these notifications saying there's movement!! like what gives??? I used to be able to use this app about a year and a half ago with no issues really. please fix this!

Pls check if the time on your monitor is correct? Pls check if the DST (day night saving, menu\settings\time zone) is enabled in your monitor. Pls send me e-mail to sales@rdichina.com for better communication.

The way this app doesn't connect to the camera most of the time and the extremely choppy video is amazing. My favorite part is the notifications. When the motion detector picks up something and starts recording, the app will give you a notification so you can click it and watch the recording, but when you go to the app NOTHING IS THERE!!!! You can be standing beside the monitor and wifi router and still not get a connection. Great app guys, you did an outstanding job with this app.
