Works sometimes for a minute. Sometimes I get calls, but most of the time they do not come through. I can never have a call that lasts over a minute to 2 minutes because it's disconnected. Not only is the app frustrating, but it has become useless to me. I use an Android and my coworkers use iPhones have better results. It seems to do better on iPhones than on Androids, but not worth purchasing a new phone

Buggy! If i answer at my desk the ReachUC answer screen goes way but keeps ringing. Not in notifications, if I pull up the app it doesn't show the answer / decline screen. I have to restart my phone. It's great that this app can forward to my cell, but it's painful when i answer and the person on the other end is wondering if I'm going to put them on hold cause they hear a phone ringing. Stock Samsung S10 that's up to date. Please fix!

The best app we have tested vs the others. So easy to set up also. The presence management actually works, unlike most others we've tried. Nice to know who is on their office phone before calling. Honestly, what 90% people want is a reliable app the allows them to make calls from their mobile phone with their OFFICE number without giving out their personal phone number via caller ID.
