App shuts down often and takes a long time to load. I was unable to enter the space between my first and last name for credit card because it said space is not an appropriate character. Ticket purchases aren't available or saved in the app. Can't just look at food menu anymore, theater has to be open to check. Sometimes it just won't open even if the theater is open. The old app wasn't perfect but much better than this. I had so much trouble trying to purchase I just went to Regal theater.

Total trash. The old app worked fine. The new app doesn't work at all. It crashes constantly. How did this get released? I hope someone was fired.

I purchased tickets, doesn't show in the app and I never got an email confirmation. I see the charge in my bank statement but I've looked everywhere and can not find the tickets I purchased. Can't refund them either since I don't have confirmation email, this app is awful and trash.
