It would be 100% better if continue from where you left off because unless I'm missing something you close out and you have to start all over from the beginning of the episode.

what's with all these negative reviews? the app works great and no ads. i only wish they add the playback speed to choose for each video

App is poorly designed. It doesn't connect well when casting or streaming. Once the episodes ends, it doesn't play the next one, but the app doesn't allow you to play the next episode either without exiting the app and reopening because the cast icon will not work. So its quite a lot effort to watch shows.
