The check-in check-out function needs improvement! My previous condo used the other JagaApp & I had no issues. This condo is weird. QR code always not working, check-out time is completely off by far! In fact it shows one of my guests checked-in 2 weeks ago & still hasn't left! Craziness. If the visitor comes daily, then it usually checks the person out around 6.30am every day for some reason, instead of the time they actually left the night before. Pointless in terms of security tracking

I had no choice but to use this app since my condo is making all of us download it. Suck major! I cannot even register. Downloaded and uninstall numerous time. Still suck and cannot register each time. If you are forcing property managements to use your app, could you make sure it works properly! Have the decency and integrity to ensure the app works as it is advertised. This is beyond ridiculous!

Very poor app. Verification process wasn't made clear.Got rejected twice!! The second step verification asked to provide selfie! Selfie only not with ID. Got rejected for that reason.Second selfie with ID got rejected because IC can't be use for verification ie to use driver license. What a nonsense rule! Not everyone has driver license! Complain twice at the 'talk to us' option. No response also. Why bother put it? Gonna ask management to change this poor app.dont bother to improve.

Hi, apologies for the bad experience. Currently we only accept driving license for JaGaID. Verification of JaGaID is optional and won't affect the app usage. Having a verified JaGaID enables you to check in to JaGaApp 2.0 neighbourhoods faster. Hope this clarifies. Should you require further clarification, please email us at hello@jagaapp.com
