I had recently ordered to sell my mobile. It always shows as pick up requested and then no one comes to pick up. Whatsapp support always says that the issue is escalated to the concern team. And concern team cancels the order from their end and asks to place a new order. Did the same and again no one came to pick up. There is no way to talk to customer support. Unfortunately, this has been happening repeatedly now. The service has now become horrible. (Order number MPMBB10738100, MPMWE10650310)

Worst experience. I ordered to sell my phones twice. Despite putting all the details / information regarding the phone, the price which was offered at the time of pickup was half than what was offered on the app. And that too without any reason. There is no transparency and ethics. Uninstalling the app. The description given on the app exactly matched with the physical condition. However, the pickup executive said that what's shown in the app is just approximately and what they offer is half.

They reduced the price to 40% from app . It had minor scratch on back pannel, but the delivery person labelled it as back pannel cracked or broken because this was the only option/check it was showing in the app. Screen had scratches but 2 times it was labelled as heavy scratches and minor scratches. Next time I will prefer Flipkart or Amazon for exchanging my phone. Guys please don't get attracted by the price they show on their app. This is my first and last experience with cashify.
