About this app

Repsol Vivit is the app for Repsol's electricity and natural gas Customer Area. You will be able to manage your contracts, consult invoices, control your consumption in euros, know the energy consumption of your appliances and many more advantages.

We help you understand your electricity and natural gas bills in a simple way: detailing the amount paid for the variable part, which depends on the energy you consume; and the fixed amount, which corresponds to the power you have contracted, added services, meter rental and other taxes. Additionally, if you do not yet have direct debit payment for your bills, you can pay them using the app by bank card.

Repsol Vivit allows you to enjoy all these features:

o Access your electricity consumption in euros per day and hour, without waiting for your bill.

o Know the expected amount of your next electricity bill.

o Download your electricity and natural gas bills.

o Convert your Waylet balance into a discount for your invoices.

o With the virtual battery, convert the excess energy generated by your panels into savings for your bills.

o Send your gas meter reading.

o Compare your current consumption with that of previous months and similar homes.

o Find out about the consumption of your appliances (available from the 5th month of consumption). It will help you better understand your spending and how your consumption varies each season of the year.

o View the prices of your products and your contracted power.

o Receive pop-up notifications to find out about news about the app, when your new invoice has arrived... And much more!

o Authorize whoever you want (for example, your family members or tenants) to access the electricity and natural gas Customer Area and view your contracts.

o Voluntarily, you can offset the gas emissions derived from your consumption, collaborating financially in forestry projects. Repsol will pay half of the amount.

To access all this information, you only need to be a Repsol electricity and/or natural gas customer and be registered in our Customer Area.

If you are already registered in the Waylet app, we make it easier for you! You will share the same username and password to access Repsol Vivit.

Servicio muy lento, el período de facturación se retrasa y el servicio al cliente no responde a mis consultas. Tienes que mejorar tu servicio y la aplicación. ( The service is very slow, application is not working properly, my billinh period is delayed now for 41 days and no response from customer services even how many times I contacted them) 😩👎👎👎👎

It does not open tried to uninstall and reinstall . Keeps on saying there's new version but then there's no update. When tried to click on it it shows nothing. To and fro from app to play store . N nothing. Rubbish

5 Days without an app, no info about a new app, no nothing. then this pops up, only because I read desuso I searched for an updated app or anything related. not a fine way to do things, I've chosen another company for my gas and light, car gas needs, no more waylet no more Repsol. u guys just don't get the customer support part here in Spain.
