Totally different experience then the negative reviews I read. The App worked great, easy to navigate and complete the transaction. My package arrived at the assigned mailing address and the very next day I got an email with photos of my item. I payed for shipping and it was sent out to m the same day. With the shipping calculator there was no surprises, it was pricey to ship my item from the US to Canada but I wouldn't have been able to get it any other way. Thank you Reship, good experience

Encountered 2 issues when using the app for my first parcel. First one was the app keeps crashing when trying to enter a monetary value for customs in the packages section. The other issue is the shipment shows as #00000 on the shipments page and clicking it shows a blue screen and nothing else. Both issues forced me to use a computer so would not recommend until all the issues are fixed.

The app is awesome! Many companies use a watered down app in comparison to their desktop version but not Reship. Every facet of my account, addresses, packaging and shipping information/needs is available so I have absolute control over my orders, packaging and shipping. I have complete confidence in the app and it's my "go to" when using Reship.
