It will tell you whether your fingerprint passes or fails authentication, but you could just as well test that by locking/unlocking the phone. It is subject to the same rate-limiting (max 5 tries on my OnePlus 3T) as Android's screen unlock and it won't show you actual fingerprints. (Android does not allow this, I found out.) The "does not work" reviews would be more helpful if they stated the phone model.

My Samsung allows me to test my fingerprint as many times as I want. While my oppo device did not. I was expecting this app to act more like Samsung, but it didn't. Ok, it doesn't let me try more than 5 times. But y'know what really bugs me? When I pass, I can't try again. What's the point now? How can I train muscle memory? This app is pointless.

Barometric access to my apps are so convenient. No memorizimg passwords to access my app. Or having to list them in another app so that you do not have to memorize them or write them down.
