Worst of the worst app and sellers who are listed on app both are good for nothing.. I have orderd body perfume which was listed on the app... First they showed the product on the app. Took order which was prepaid and after receiving order sending me dispatch details they suddenly cancel the order saying product is out of stock. My concern is when the product is already out of stock why listed on the app showing availability. And even worst the refund not processed and no information displayed

The worse app ever, made an order, never went beyond confirmation of the order with payment made and each time I try to reach the customer care service, all they say is it has been delayed and will resolved within the next 1-2 days but it never does until I had to cancel it but even then they won't sent me a refund but keep on saying the problem will be resolved....never had such a bad experience....if possible I won't be giving any stars to this app

Tira is absolute trash. Would not recommend anyone to order through this stupid app. First of all, it takes 2 weeks for the package to get delivered as they keep pushing the delivery date further. On top of that, the return policy is garbage. When I tried to enter my bank details, it kept buffering and showing that something went wrong + the customer service is bad. I've ordered on so many apps before but never have I ever come across something so horrible. Would've given zero stars if I could.
