My very first order was cancelled ☻️ and I of course can't use the original discount code anymore. - I was given a significant discount and I used it on an international brand. - the order was placed and then cancelled within two days - explanation - unforeseen reasons. - the item I wanted is now out of stock. Just relieved that the payment was returned to my account. + I am not the only one this has happened to, a couple of people have written about it in the reviews.

Have never seen an app that lags so much . I have downloaded tira probably 10 times now as every time I open the app it shows me network issues page . No matter how many times I refresh it , it will never open . If I search a product it will show me things but the experience of using an app smoothly is completely missing. Secondly I placed an order 2 times for the same item and it was cancelled both the times. If you don't have the availablity of the product don't show it on the app itself.

'Coupon Consumed' error popping up when I try to order something. This is only the 2nd time I am ordering from the app and that too after a very long time. I haven't used the coupon I am trying to 'consume' but what can a customer do if the App doesn't work properly. Better order from a different app I guess. If you want customer retention, please fix your application.
