It's basically list of values + calculator! It may be useful in very specific scenario, but developer didn't mention it & made it seem like it tells information about your device...

this app does not work in LTE says "uninspected earfcn" I don't understand that is.

What a bad application. Play Store is so full of junk software. If I were the developer, I'd be ashamed of even posting this "application".
