If I could rewind back time, I would definitely not make the decision of getting into business with these guys. The App is trash and is not user friendly and the refresh rate is 120 seconds, even though the salesman was throwing out 6 second ping times when I was first signing up. You will not be able to see your assets move every 6 seconds on the App, because the refresh rate is 120 seconds, which is supposedly the "industry standard". I would definitely go with ATTI or Network Fleet instead.

I have to uninstall and install this app a few times every week because it just stops opening. Constantly throws me out of my account, so I need to log in a few times every day. Horrible, laggy, buggy, impractical.

Only showing a small percentage of our open routes, was unable to provide timing into to a customer. Have to use the website to get acuate info. App used to be a great resource.
