I like the app for many reasons, mostly the weight and access to so many topos without carrying big bulky guides. My only suggestion is to include more accurate names for the crags, to correlate to OS maps, e.g. Hutton roof crags are known as the Rakes in the OS maps. Maybe it could also include a feature to add community (beta!) suggestions about bus, and parking alternatives (e.g. there is parking with donation to HR village at the Church; instead risking lay-by parking).

Just take a photo of the paper guidebook and save yourself the trouble. It's really hard to browse the various downloads in the app. Why can't it have the same search functionality as the UKC website? There are crags labelled as "Available on Rockfax Digital" on UKC that I can't find in the app anywhere. The logging functionality is also easier to do on UKC.

This is an amazing resource at great value and that's why I have it on my phone. I love also being able to go somewhere and then having the information to go climbing at my fingertips when normally I'd never buy a guidebook for that one visit. But, why can crags and cliffs not be given an OS grid reference to navigate by? It would make life so much simpler than following someone else's subjective route description.
