Usable info is sparse. No detail on why expenses are declined. I had to call to get answers, because there's no way to contact anyone. It said that I was ineligible for reimbursement because today (literally, 2/28/25) wasn't covered! On the phone with the CSR yesterday, he told me to use my browser and their website, because the app isn't very good.

Upon opening the app, all I get is the green screen with their logo on it. I can't do anything with it.

The update thing keeps coming up. All I want to do is check my account. It would be nice to have intruction to how the update works. It just take me to app store. And that's it. No place that says update button. Or link. The submit button is not working
