No control in background notification and foreground. It need to upgrade and add more features about controlling of background notifications and foreground. Also it has need some additional option like 'resume' and 'start over'. Otherwise voice and others subject is very good.

Please note that, application is cracking frequently which cause inconvenience to listen carefully. But your effort is absolutely a great contribution to mankind. Hope legs will be fixed up at your earliest. Thanks
