The app is not syncing my schedule to my Google calendar (Android-Pixel 8). When I set up sync in MSP, it says, "calendar no longer exists," which is obviously wrong since my calendar and Gmail account are both right there on my Google calendar. Otherwise, this is a great app for coordinating schedules. UPDATE: I used my computer as you suggested and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

Hi Tony,
Apologies for the issue here! I will be reporting this to our developers. In the meantime, you can sync to google from the Web Terminal on the desktop version. Once you sync one time, it will subscribe to the calendar and continue to update automatically!

Mobile and computer experiences are not the same for submitting changes to your profile. On computer, profile changes are on a single screen with a reminder after each section to scroll to the bottom to Submit. On submission, it responds with a message that the changes are saved. On mobile device, the profile is broken into separate pages with a Submit and Change button on each page. However, there is no response to clicking the button and nothing "sticks". It is just a tool to collect data.

Hi Dawn, It sounds like changes may need to be approved by your admin. You can have them reach out to us at support@ministryschedulerpro.com if those changes are not sticking, and we can help them to automatically process them!

Terrible user experience. For months this app has been telling me that "This position has already been filled" everytime I open it. EVEN AFTER REINSTALLING. It also logs me out whenever it feels like, especially when I'm ACTIVELY TRYING TO USE IT. I figured out how to navigate all the menus but I can imagine older folks struggling and giving up on this app and never requesting subs which only hurts parishes using this service. I actively avoid this app if possible.
