Customer service is awful. I stopped using this Company months ago. They lost my package and tried to convinced me I picked it up while in the same breath making excuses that it was small. Their own logs prove I didn't collect it, yet provided no refund or replacement of the package and claimed they'd call me. Never did. I moved on to a way better company. SHIPINVILLE

App is good... Interface is easy to use... In terms of uploading invoice, put something visible in place to see the process of the upload. And also item listing should be arranged in alphabetical order for ease of reference.

Its ok it need fixing trying to upload invoice on the app it keep refreshing and the invoice is not upload. The site need fixing same problem with the invoice bit this time the site saying not enough memory. Smh.
