- End your Ryde through the app in a designated pick-up/drop-off location

App fails registration. I accidentally put in the wrong phone number during registration, which is the first input in the process. However, the last input is confirmation code via text. I didn't realize I had the wrong phone number until this last step. Now the system says my email is not available, but account sign in is via phone number, which was a wrong number I don't remember. No way to register now without a fake email address. Design flaw in their app.

The new updates made the app incompatible with my tablet, which is what I used last time. I installed it on my phone and it keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling and installing again 4 times. Still not working. Technology makes everything harder.

As someone with health problems I was able to enjoy the zoo much more and it's easy to drive and use the app once the worker told me to reenter app to save info.
