Avoid This Service.​I deeply regret subscribing to Tata Play. This is, without a doubt,Despite having a long-term one-year subscription plan, I was recently forced to add an extra minimum recharge amount of ₹200 just to subscribe to a single channel. This is a manipulative way to extract more money and makes the promised long-term value worthless. ​High Base Rates: The overall recharge rates are unnecessarily high compared to competitors, making the entire service poor value for money.

I express deep dissatisfaction with the level of support and service I received from team. Despite multiple attempts the experience has been extremely disappointing. Customer support repeatedly call only to apologize for the inconvenience I am facing, yet no action is taken to resolve the issue. Each time I am asked to explain the entire problem again n again, which shows lack of coordination. The local technicians assigned to assist me have been unprofessional and rude. They try to charge extra

The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Despite writing several emails, I have received no response. For each email, an automated reply is generated which assigns a new ticket ID with the assurance of getting back to us within 24 hours, but this never happens. On the rare occasion that they do reply, they ask for information that is already in their possession rather than providing the solution we asked for.
