In my experience, the app isn't so good as most requests tend to take a long time to finish. The worst for me, though, is that I get ads about loans every single day, and I can't turn off notifications because I want to get notified about activities in my account. As an improvement, I'd suggest creating different types of notifications, so I can disable the ones about loan offerings.

The app is extremely lazy, even to perform simple tasks like showing the home screen or to logging in. Sometimes I can't pay some bills using this app ('Service unavailable', or 'Try again later'), but when I try another one from competitors it works. Lots of built-in adds (all kinds of loans and credit cards) make the app even worst. Please fix issues and give customers the option to choose if they want to see the adds.

The overall design an UI is good enough, although the functions could be better grouped. The main failure is that it quite often gets stuck in an unusable state, even after leaving the app through the menu . I had to adjust to the work flow of first killing the app and then opening it. Solve this for a two star raise. On the other hand, writing to their contact address elicits no answer, so they lose one star.
