Quarter star. Detect location does not automatically refresh; merchant actually refused me to use a booky promo saying that they do not have a booky QR when the QR was right in front of us. And worse, there is no customer service representative to connect to to help me.

Hello booky, I've been trying to call and send you a message but unfortunately no one answering any of my call or text. I want to request for Refund/cancel my transaction for failed delivery reason. " Hindi ba lumalabas sa system niyo ang mga failed delivery?" Wala ring nag re -reach out sa inyo about delivery and transaction failed. I cannot filter the food, glam, etc. It makes everything easier. Also, the signs that a restautant has an offer is nowhere to be found. Having a sign makes it easier. This app used to be my favorites plus the promos that you offer, but now the app makes it even harder to look for establishments that has promos. Bring back the old yet super convenient interface.
