Ratings and reviews

Filters in "TV Guide" section of d2h app has become extremely user unfriendly. No channel categories can be seen now. "Favourites" is the only available category. There is no known way to save a channel as favourite. I have to select a "Language" in Filters and do a long time consuming scroll to find a channel. Please correct it in next app release. It was not so earlier.

Pathetic App, nothing works on the app, You will not be able to edit the pack as it will not let you login on the page, keep on asking for password but will not login. You try to opt for Smart service and click on it but it will keep on flashing pop up to select but not let you do that. Not sure if this app is even tested before deployment or these are done with purpose so that no body can opt anything.

I am extremely disappointed with Videocon D2H – it is by far the worst DTH service provider in India right now. The mobile app is practically unusable – it is slow, unresponsive, and full of glitches. Every time I try to make changes to my channel pack, nothing happens. I select the channels I want, but the changes never reflect on my TV. Worse, the app and website automatically add paid channels without my consent, and I am charged for them. This seems like a clear case of cheating customers .
